You don't need to change the height of the car, you just need to get a different size tire. It is called "plus sizing". Just ask your local tireshop about it and they will hook you up with the right parts for a proper plus sized tire/rim combination.

try a fabtech or procomp suspension lift kit, to raise your car from 6 inches to 6 feet taller than the normal ride height, and then it will be no problem having clearance between your mud tires and the wheel wells.

It is really not smart to put the wrong sized wheels on your vehicle. It can cause all kinds of problems and lower the value of your car. Trying to fix the problem by modifying the suspension is only going to compound the problem.

Well without knowing what size tires you have on its tough to say exactly what you need, but the best would be to get adjustable shocks and coilovers, assuming you're riding on stock suspension right now. For the price of that though I wouldn't bother; instead just get slimmer profile tires to decrease the overall outside diameter of your wheels. The integra suspension is high enough already, I wouldn't make it even higher if I were you.
