Use 5-30 synthetic, unless the rings in your engine are worn more than they should be. Given that a lot of Integra owners like to rev it to 8K at every shift, there's a good chance yours are, which would cause more blowby than with petroleum oil.

Use either Greddy 5w-30 or Royal Purple 5W-30. I have a 99 civic with a built/sleeved B16 that runs 30 lbs. of boost and all I EVER use is Royal Purple. I change my oil about every 5000 miles and it is almost as clean as when it was put in.

It depends partly on how you drive it. If it is used for a lot of short trips, you should change the oil frequently to get rid of condensation, unburnt gas, and other contaminants. In that case oil breakdown is not a factor, so go with dino oil. If you run the engine hard, then synthetic might be the better route. I'd suggest having a cylinder pressure test to check ring condition, as I agree with the comment above about blowby. Bearing wear should be checked too, to see if a viscosity increase is called for.
