Default How hard would it be to drop a 2.2l DOHC V-TEC into a 94 integra w/stock 1.8l DOHC non V-TEC?

The company with the motor will also give my harness, ecu, mounts, axles for swap

Completely dependent on your level of mechanical skill, and the condition of the car you are dropping it into.

It's not hard if you know how to do the swap. However after your done everything in the engine is really close together. Like for example the radiator is really close to the headers and they almost like touch but try to convert some of the things on the integra to fit the engine. Also that is the least of your worries you have to get the car REF by the state too inorder to pass smog.
