yes i heard that Acura has stopped production of it's Rsx model

They havent made it in over a year. The last production year was 2006.

they quit making the RSX for the 2006 model. you been living in a cave ?

They stopped making the RSX since 2006 because the base model was about the same price as the civic si, which is about equivelent to the RSX-S

Speculatory articles seem to indicate that a 2-door variant of the new TSX will replace the RSX as Acura's entry-level sports coupe, although it will be more luxurious, more expensive and more powerful than the RSX and will thus likely appeal to a different market segment.

it stopped in 2006 because it didnt fit in the new vision there was Acura... not luxurious enough.

i have a rsx and i could really care less that it wont be made anymore...i am buying an evo 9 and dumping the rsx type-s...its just not fast enough nor does it handle that well...and requires way too many upgrades to get it where i want it to be....plus front wheel drive sucks...did i answer your question?

The Civic Si served the same purpose for slightly less money (not sure about this because they looked to be roughly the same when I checked), which led to the demise of the RSX.However, I have heard that there could either be a 2-door TSX or even a new RSX that might take over in a few years."Dick Collier, Vice President of Public Relations at Honda Motor Co. has said that there will be no 2007 RSX.
