Get quality tires. Most people invest tons of money in fancy wheels but wrap them in cheap off-brand tires. This is the wrong way to go. The MOST IMPORTANT part on a car is the tire. Buy something with as wide a footprint as possible and you will see improvement in daily driving.

Do you have the inside fixed up like a radio, what about rims, maybe HID lights, coilover, halo headlights http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...9784904&rd=1,1

Well... since you have an exhaust (hopefully catback and not just the muffler), you might as well get a header, and short ram intake. Then tires. But the b18a1 (engine) that comes in your '92 integra isn't going to be to quick without any serious modifications. HondAcuras became popular in street racing because of reliability, interchangability, and VTEC (but not because they are cheap). However, your b18a1 does not come equipped with VTEC. If you really want to get your car quicker, invest in a turbo kit, vtec conversion kit, or motor swap.btw... Nitrous, if done right, is very effective and just about as expensive as other options, but by no means street legal. But then again, I don't believe motor swaps are either...
