Default Integra rpm problem?
so I went to a mechanic and he installed a cold intake with K&n air filter on my car today. But when i started it, the car's rpm stayed at 1200 or 1300, something like that. Before the intake, it used to be around 700 or 800. is this normal?

Oh yes thats completely normal.U needn't worry about that.After installation of a cold intake air filter the engine rev goes up a bit in every car.and u r absolutely right for chhosing k&n air filter.

there may be blockage in your radiator flow which increase RPM in PFI integra
