Most of the differences are in the slight alterations to the stock alloys, slightly different bumpers, and the altered dashboard. Then you have the 5hp increase.

Well lets see the 2006 tsx has different wheels, and a slightly different grill. In 2006, the TSX has been updated with a sportier exterior styling featuring a new front look, standard, integral fog lights, restyled wheels and a bolder rear look with standard side skirts. State of the art interior features have been added, including more standard safety features, and luxury features such as Bluetooth-compatible HandsFreeLink.

The most important changes to note:-Revised navigation - faster processor, with Zagat ratings added to restuarants-Bluetooth-Revised front fascia-New rims for 06-Horsepower bump to 205 - VERY important to note that due to a change in the way they calculate horsepower, the stated horsepower of 205 is actually about 10 to 15 horses higher than the previous "200" horsepower of the 04-05. The 200 hp, if calculated in today's method, would actually be about 190-195 hp.
