put 92 dist back in and see if they work

its because the 91 is pgmf and the 92 is obd1. get a dizzy from obd1 teggy

is there a ignition ( one spark plug wire seperate location) not sure the exact name of the part

1992 distributor would be considered obd1, so techniqually it would not even plug in to your wiring harness..... you would need to find a distributor from a 1990-1991 integra. Other route: change the vehicle over to obd1... which would be a waste of time but ... you would need to change out the wiring harness, intake manifold, and ecu..
