Default Tarnsmission problems in my 96 Acura Integra LS?

My 96 Integra LS 5 speed has some type of problem that sometimes while i drive the clutch pedal will not go in at all it turns hard..and then I gas it a little and the hardness from the clutch goes away and then it shifts smooth but it keeps happening...What is the problem?

sounds like the throwout bearing is gone...you need to replace that soon.
