Yes using the Hasport Mounts. All B-series, H-series, and K-series are inter-changeable now.

Angelica I remeber answering you other post on the S2000 motor swap and now this one lol, I dont know if you could contact me but I want to ask you why are you planning on swaping your motor? Is this for racing, show, or just because you wanna be awsum?Yes the K24 motor will fit its out of the TSX has nice trq being 2.4liters.Motor swap cost around $4000-6000Mounts,axles,shifter cable bracket $1200Header if you use after marker $700Other $1200-2000I spent $7000 to get a K20A in my EF hatch. You will lost A/C if thats not important then it be fine. It will be alot different motor and be great on trq and power.
