they will for sure, bc chances are you have the same engine in the civic basically, only difference is the acura is prolly a b-series and the civic is prolly a d series, and they are very interchangeable, down to the smallest parts, so if they head is blown you can bold it onto the block in the civic, the wiring you'll have to get an adapter for most likely, but it shouldnt be a very costly sort of thing...
