It depends on how badly blown the gasket is. You might make it for a couple of days or you could make it longer but the fact is that your car is getting more and more damaged every time you drive it due to the fact that things could be leaking into the heads.

the more you drive the more damage you are doing to your engine... if water is mixing with the oil bearing washout is possible which will seriously damage the lower half of you engine ...if it's just sucking air you can burn the valves and total screw up the head...

TURN IT OFF NOW........unless you want to buy a new engine...you're probably trying to lubricate the engine with antifreeze.....

You can drive it until you completely trash the engine. The more you drive the worse it will be. Get it fixed sooner better than later. good luck

that just depends on how much money you have to throw away.......the pressure between the head and gasket CAN gouge the head and block so much it looks like someone was in there with a torch ..the longer you drive the MORE it is going to cost you... couint on it!!!!!!!
