Default I'm looking to buy a 2003 Acura RSX and I'm worried about trunk and backseat space.?

I'm not sure if I want a coupe, but I love this car. Does the hatchback work as far as space is concerned?

there is no trunk in an RSX...it's a hatchback. If you want people to set in the back seat and be comfortable, this is not the car for you. If it's just for 2 and you like to haul things...then it's Ok. (since I can go to the commissary and buy a months worth of groceries, or carry an outdoor fountain...concrete Asian lanterns..etc. It works for me..)

An RSX is a lovely car i agree, but there is no "trunk", it's a hatchback. But the cargo capacity (trunk) is very large, and the backseat can hold 2 people. It's not that small, but thats just one con.

dude get a sti or a evo if your looking for more space...i own a 2003 rsx and i dont let people sit in the back at all...there is just not enough room for people to get in and out without kicking the shit out of the inside car while getting in...its really a two seater only kids could fit and the back comfortably...the scion is cheaper if you dont have the money for a sti or evo...take a look at the matrix as well

Not much head or leg room in the back seat for tall people. If you fold the seat flat the car will carry a whole of stuff. Don't even think about long trips for 4 people. It's a fun car though.

The back seat is for kids. With the seats down, storage space is enormous. I took a 42" TV home.

It will be very tight in the back seat area, you can get full sized adult back there in a pinch, but they will not be happy on a long drive. The hatch area has quite allot of space and the seats fold down for even more room. I owned a 2002 RSX Type S and found it a great car!

like most cars with two door-not much on backseat space. maybe good for children except getting them into their booster seats could be a pain-not very comfortable for bigger people
