Default 2003 acura 3.2 tl with warranty?

someone is asking me 17900$ for an acura 3.2 tl with 38000 miles, but it has acura 100k miles warranty.. is that a good price for the car? any suggestions?

Check from and fill out the options/condition to give you the private party value. TL is a pretty good car to own especially if it comes with the extended warranty. Couple of my friends owned the same model but type-S, their transmission went bad on about 60K but the warranty took care of the replacement.
