I want to replace my 1991 acura legend engine how hard is it?

no harder than any other engine if you have the correct tools and knowledge required. if you don't, leave it to someone who does

Well do you want to replace it with the same kind of engine or do you want to put an engine it it that doesn't belong there?If you are putting in the same engine that you are taking out (same engine code ie B18B1, K20, etc) then it isn't all that hard just unplug and unbolt everything put the new one in and aslong as you can remember where everything went you will have no problems. When you change the engine type however, this can be difficult. You get in to many different issues with wiring, computers, mounts, sensors, and just about anything you can think of.

If you dont have an engine hoist as well as all the other necessary tools it will be impossible.If you havent done it before on another car, I wouldn't do it.
