honda( acura) uses special p/s fluid. some people might say it doesnt matter. it is up to you. you could drain the fluid and add factory fluid. as a side note atf has been mixed with other p/s fluids for years and are compatible.

Yes, Honda recommends only Honda power steering fluid in their systems. Any decent mechanic will not try to use anything else. Don't worry though as there's not really that much fluid in PS systems and it's relatively easy to flush.
