Default Speed Sensor?

I have trouble locating my speed sensor on my 97 acura 2.2CL. the code came as a PO715. my gears just started to slip is that the cause?

usually when gears slip it has something to do with you re transmission and you re computer in your car is Reading that because it is not going as fast as it should be going in that gear
