Default I need help changing the headlight on my 03 acura rsx ?

My bf tried and he said that it does not look like when he changed the ones on his truck - We unscrewed it and the plastic cover would not come off - help?!I've read the manual and it only talked about how there are 4 lightbulbs, but not exactly how else to open it - undid the screws but could not pry it open.

Take it to your local auto parts supply store, they put them in for you now days(free). And you don't want to touch the new bulb with your fingers because the oil from your hands will make it burn out.good luck.

It's in the owners manual. That's the little book that's in the glove compartment.

I know how you feel. Changing the headlight bulbs are a pain in the a**. I have a 2002 RSX and gave up. You are better off taking it to a garage and paying them to do it.

The lightbulbs are held into the housing with a waterproof rubber boot. Twist the boot and it should release and allow you to access the bulb.
