I'm 17, in high school, and my uncle might hand me down his '91 Integra LS 2dr w/ 265K miles!!! I know, it's a lot, but the motor was partially rebuilt a couple of years ago. The body has dings and scratches, but the motor still runs very well and still performs well at high rpms like an Acura should.I don't know what to do...if to turn this car into a project car i.e. swapping the motor out for a DOHC VTEC and fixing up the body a bit, because I know there is a huge aftermarket for this car and tuning it shouldn't be expensive....or should I just buy another used car like a Civic or something because my budget IF I buy a used car would be under $4KShould I just keep the car or ditch it for another one? Thoughts, suggestions, ideas?

Mustang??? I used to have a 91 ls. All I had on it was DC sports headers and AEM cold air intake. Mustangs were a joke. The race was over by the time I hit third gear. Now I will brag that I can drive a stick like none other, but still. Get the integra. Like the other guy said, they are fun and easy to work on. Put a few bolt ons on it, then go out and shut the ford guys up. Man I wish I still had that car, it was so fun seeing guys in mustangs just cower down in their seats after a race. I hate mustangs. Its like an infection. By the way, in 1991, the LS integra had the most horsepower per cylinder ever produced at its time.
