Depends on what you want to do with it. If your gonna just drag it, don't waste your money...If u r gonna use it for a track or Xs then i'd go with a turbo charger, but a little warning. ur driving a FF car, too big of a turbo will just leave u with A LOT of under steer and Torque steer...If u want to be in competitions then Go with a Supercharger, no lag means a lot.

Neither is "better" it all depends on what you're after. Generally speaking a turbo will give you greater top end power, a supercharger will give you better low end. You can tweek either to do the opposite, but we're talking general terms here.Turbocharging is sometimes preferred because you don't have to worry about belt routing, taking off the top-end of the engine, and intercoolers are generally easier to mount. However, to get maximum power you'll generally end up with a turbo that produces power starting around 4,000rpm. So a launch will initially feel weaker than "normal" then almost suddenly jump up around 4,000rpm. This all depends greatly on the size of the turbo and some will allow power immediately, but will drop off at the upper RPM reducing total power output.Superchargers (roots or twin screw) generally work in the opposite way and will produce mounds of power off the line, but drop off as RPM increases. You may end up with dyno numbers that show lower horsepower, but it may actually end up faster overall than a turbocharged system because you don't have to wait for the power. This is especially useful on the street where speed is noticed street light to street light. You can feel the difference in every day vehicles. Yours likely makes its power in the upper RPM and you may notice it doens't have an insane launch, but once you get going it takes off. Compare this to romping the gas on a diesel truck. Which do you prefer?

like said above neither are better. It all depends on what you want. Turbos are great for big power(fullrace kits are realy good.) while superchargers are good for power on demand, almost instant boost and great torque(choices for SCs on a 05-06 are limited especially with comptech going out of business.) Also take into account, drivability. IMO a Turbo car is not as streetable as a SC car.

For a Honda, supercharging is always better. Honda engines are great on top end but have no bottom end to save their lives. Turbos don't spool up right away where as a supercharger is constant power. The faster the pulley is spun by the engine, the more power (air/fuel) is being added because of the supercharger. That way you have more power and TORQUE off the line which will make the car quick and will also give you the bottom end you need while still giving you quite a bitof top end power as well. Turbos only give top end and require more maintenence and are MUCH WORSE FOR YOUR ENGINE!!!Remember:Turbochargers FORCE air into the engine.Superchargers give maximum available air to the engine but since it's being run off a pulley attached to the engine, it can never give more air than the engine is sucking in.Turbos blow.Superchargers suck.
