Well, if the Japanese are on the same page as the other car makers in the world then this would apply: LS = Luxury Sport; GS = Grand sport; GSR = Grand Sport Rally.The main difference in these names is what package you will get with the car. Anything from cosmetic upgrades to sportier suspensions, larger wheels, brakes etc.Hope this helps.

On the Integra, the LS and GS were essentially the same. The LS was the base model while the GS came with a rear spoiler and leather interior. The GSR came with leather and a spoiler but more significantly the GSR also had the VTEC engine.
