When I close the door, the window doesn't touch the seal. How can I fix this problem.

Some mechanical linkages need to be aligned due to wear and tear over the years. Remove the door panel, waterproof shield, be aware not to damage any wiring of the control switch to the motor....Inspect and test the linkages and adjust accordingly.
