if you can do the wiring than its easy the motor is the same size the room is good it fits the same as the ls motor & trans the trans will bolt right up to the GSR motor. the B18 to B18 blocks easy swap any B18 B16 B20 will interchange. if the plugs for the intake are diff. than change plug- sens.off the old intake. the exhaust is the same at the end. and too interchangeable every thing will bolt up just like the stock LS B18. hope this helps: Get-r-done!

I like this question: I have an 1994 RS model with a 1995 Gsr full swap. This is a basic swap and will fulll bolt in using all stock pieces. If you put the ls header on the GSr the exhaust will bolt up. Stock GSR manifold is shorter than ls so it will not work. No difference in flow of the stock pieces so don't worry. The intake manifold is in a different location. Stock intake pipe off of gsr will work, but the ls one will not line up. Aftermarket intakes (either ls or GSr) will work if positioned properly. GSR is the preferred intake (of course) Transmission, mounts, shift linkage, axles, power steering pump, A/C, etc all the same. The gsr must come with the correct top power steering bracket if you intend to run power steering all other brackets and pieces are the same. If you need any other help ask I will be on here, KC

i have a 96 ls, i found it better to put a b20 and turbo charge. But hey some people are vtec nuts. i know you think you have to have a full gsr engine for it to be a vtec car but its much easier and from what i hear more power to take your ls head and put a b16a vtec head on it. make a "frankenstien" motor. But if you do choose to go full b18c then ive heard its pretty standard. just keep all the parts from your b18b and switch them up as needed if they dont fit when you drop the motor in. Like i said though i think a b20 turbo charged is the way to go but thats just me
