MSRP for the 2007 MDX with the Tech package is $43,495, and the invoice price is $39,212. I'd say somewhere between the two, preferably closer to invoice, would be a fair price, but it also depends on where you live, and being that Acura is a luxury marque, it might a little more difficult to haggle the price down.

Have separate dealers quote you prices and make them bid against each other. Trust me they all want the sell. Check dealers in larger close by cities. Tell the smaller dealers its well worth a couple of grand for me to travel 200 or so miles in order to get the best price.
