The Honda ITR would be the USDM equivalent to the Acura RSX type-S. There are no type-R RSX' in the states, and the B-series USDM type R cams arent compatible with the K-series USDM type S.Unless they are JDM cams from a Honda ITR, they wont fit. You would have to compare lobe location, lift and duration to the factory specs to find out what car the cams belong to.
