Default why won't my 1990 acura legend turn right?

when i turn the wheel to the right there is a lot of resistance, it makes a lot of noise, feels wobbily, and feels like the right wheel is going to snap off, can't accelerate much while turning right, makes a loud snap sound, and when you try to straighten the wheel out after turning insted of it straighting out.... it turns hard to the left (like someone grabbed the wheel and yankked on it).any ideas of what it could be?someone suggested a "boot bearing"??

No, this is not a CV boot or ball bearing issue ... it is much more serious, like a steering rod or arm issue. The bad news is you need a mechanic and should probably have it towed there. The good news is that it is inexpensive to the rest of the work usually done on Acuras ... around $750, since it is all done on the lift with no under-hood work. Please don't drive it in this condition. If the arm did not break, it will shortly, and you TRULY don't want to experience that, believe me ... it's like the wheel brokes free and wobbles all over the place (it essentially did), you send up sparks as you realize you can't control the car. You get less than a mile of travel once it is gone (it's happened to me with no warning)... call the towtruck and then rent a car for a couple of days.

Your brake might have locked in only the right wheel.

it is your control arm, most likely the bushing is worn.

have a local mechanic take a look at the low control arm. My mom's car had similar problem with steering and it was because the low control arm was bent.
