My girl's RSX Type S hasn't had a single problem since she bought it in 2002 so it has held up great for her.As for mods, you can do- Cat back exhaust- Cold air intake- Hondata chip

you dont need to do much for a k20. all you need is a catback and intake. intakes do ALOT for rsx's. they sound mean as hell too.

If all you want is a "lil" more power, then get your basic bolt-ons. I/H/E.Cold air intakeAfter market header....Not an ebay no brand header. Yes it is spelled header, there is only one.Exhaust. A mandrel bent exhaust would be best. There are on weld spots or wrinkled bends to restrict exhaust flow with a mandrel bent exhaust. The K20 responds INCREDIBLY to basic bolt-ons. Good luck!
