has anyone put hid's in an integra before? can you do it yourself or would you need professional installation?

i own a repair shop,and you can do it your self,,but be care full these things get hot,,and if put in a small housing they may melt it or get it out of shape a little,i have seen it happen once on one,,but they do come with warnings,so use caution with them,,good luck,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.
