At what RPM does the 1.8L Integra GS engine redline? 6500? 7000? 7500?I do not have the vehicle with, wanting to buy one. Searched, but could not find a good display of a tachometer for this car.

6250 is the red-line on a stock 91 GS with a B18AThe red-line is not a rev-limiter but it is a fuel cutoff so you wont get the cool sound like crotch rockets make when you hold it at red-line.You can buy a spoon chip that will replace a stock chip in your ECU that will boost red-line to I believe around 8,000 - 8,500 RPM. It is widely known that B series motors can turn about 8500 RPM without any mechanical damages, just as long as they are not ran at red-line for long periods of time. The problem with this chip is you have to unsolder the stock chip and solder in the spoon chip without damaging the ECU boards. Leave it to a professional if you decide to go that way. Your ECU will be under the passenger side floor in a box. It took me and my brother a while to find his. LOL.The red-line on 94-01 B18Bs is 6500RPM Honda put new cams in the B18A upped the red-line 250 RPM to 6500 and called it a B18B.
