Noticed the outside temp displayed in the car this evening was over 90 degrees but the outside temp was closer to 65- 70 degrees. Are there any known issues with these sensors? Can it be replaced easily? I've got just over 75K miles on a 75K mile warranty... bad timing possibly. Thanks

The outside air temp sensor is located below the front grill just to the right(when facing the car) of the center of the bumper. you should see it mounted to the flat part of the bumper filler. It's a common area for those sensors. Usually they can be replaced rather easily if there is a problem. The Ambient Temp setting can be re calibrated to +-3 degrees. 1. Turn the ignition switch on (KOEO)2. Push and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. While you continue holding the buttons, the display will scroll through temperature settings from +3 to -3 degrees. 3. When the desired correction value appears on the display, release the buttons, and the re calibrated outside air temperature will be displayed. If the outside air temp is off by more than +-3 degrees, turn off the ignition key and repeat the steps. I hope this helps.
