I have a 94 Honda civic DX, i just put on a 93 b18 (ls), whats my next step to make it faster.

Make yourself a LS/Vtec.Put a cylinder head from a B16 on it.

Cold Air intake, header, high flow cat, cat back exhaust, After that its turbo or supercharger, since you have a b18 i would highly suggest turbocharger if you have the money to spend

buy a turbo kit for it, just one that will give you everything that you need, and then after you've done that, you can buy the necessary parts to give yourself better performance from the turbo(ie cold air, cams, rods, pistons, pulleys, headers, catback, high-flow cat. nos etc...)
