Mine is the 05 and it has no problems. I've driven the 06 while mine has been getting routine service, pretty much the only changes were a tire pressure gauge and blue back-light on the clock. If you are asking whether to buy one, I highly recommend it. Keep in mind that the '07 will be out next month with some cool changes and new available S Type. The TL is a LOT of car for the money. Amazing equipment, very fast, very quiet, very reliable, great service from the dealer, I'm a big fan. You're going to have to go to a BMW to get better performance and handling, but then it is going to cost you about $10K more to get it loaded like a TL.I've also checked to Lexus IS which is really boring. I've not driven the Infiniti G35 but I understand it is not so well equipped, but will be faster than a TL, especially around corners.

I have an 05 and not one problem. The tires wore out pretty quick but that was the Bridgestones that came on the vehicle...soft tread. but can hold the road!!! Excellent car.
