Default What's a GMC Sierra Power Programmer?

can someone please explain this to me.. it's uses, why do i need it in my car? what does it do???

what it does it adjust ur fuel curve and timing to get more power and sometimes better mileage, with other mods like better spark plugs and wires, exhaust and so on. it can also change the trans shift points so the truck stays in a certin gear a few seconds longer providing more power to the wheels.
