I don't think so. 35k miles in about a year and a half? Sounds like a rental to me.

no...but you're just making yourself feel bad by asking this question. the fact that you're asking this means you probably already knew the answer...you just wanted someone, anyone, to validate or disprove. sorry...you didn't get a good deal...ps- the '05 TL is an excellent car...you just overpaid for one w/o navi and such high mileage in such a short amount of time.
