It's an awesome feature. However, you have to spend some time learning the correct commands and the proper screens for the commands if you want to use it effectively. The only negative I've found with it is that the fan can't be up too high, or else your commands won't be understood. I love being able to change climate and stereo with voice commands in addition to navigation commands.In my opinion, when I bought my 2005 TL w/nav, it was by far the best nav system available.
