a t5 turbo on a gsr motor? Most b18c GSR owners go with a t3/t4 hybrid turbo, those work best with these motors especially if you plan on running a a modest 375hp. In all honesty, 2 support that much hp in your integra, your going 2 need to rebuild your block with stronger rods and pistons and get your self a nice fuel managment system like a hondata or something. 0-60 times are never to great even in a 375 hp integra due to the traction woe's all us honda owners have with are front wheel drive. An LSD (limited slip differential) is a must at this hp level or you'll just keep spinning your wheels and go nowhere. Realisticly, you should be running mid to high 12's in the 1/4 mile with that kinda power with some fast trap speeds. good luck!

I would suggest against the t5, more towards a t3 or t3/4 hybrid. Before you even start to turbo the car, do a mild engine build. This will put out more horsepower and be more reliable. Once the engine is built for low comp. then put your kit together: manifold, turbo, intercooler, fpr, ecu, i/c piping, bov, wastegate and all the fuel and vaccuum lines. You're GS-R has 170hp stock to the crank, so probably 140ish to the wheels. With a mild build and a t3/4 hybrid, you would be looking more towards 260-280 horsepower. 375 is a little unrealistic unless you plan on dropping $10k+ into this 12 year old car.Ok so somehow you managed 375fwhp. You're 1/4 times would probably be mid-low 12s with a trap speed of 115. 0-60 would still be "slow" because it is a fwd honda. I would estimate around 5 seconds.
