Most Acura's I have come in contact with require Premium (at least 91 octane). Not sure if the TSX specifically requires it.

owners manual should tell you the minimum octane rating the car requires.

Not sure where you were looking.Go to Acura's web site.Click on TSX and Specifications.Recommend Fuel: Premium Unleaded 91 octane.Since it's only recommended, this vehicle probably has a knock sensor to allow you to use the lower octane. This retard's spark and basically reduces power and fuel economy.

91 + That's my only contention in possibly not getting one. Although the brochure states that a lesser octane may be used but performance may decrease. I'm going to ask the salesman & service dept. before I get mine.Love that car.

premium gas is preferred because it uses a supercharged engine
