Nope, the B18C1 is the VTEC. Putting out anywhere between 170 and 210 HP (depending on the year the car was made and the Type i.e. GS-R, Type R, etc.)The B18B1 put out roughly 140 HP stock and was only available in RS and LS models of the '94 and '95 Acura Integra (and various Honda Vehicles)
