Default How do you use a manual clutch-less stick shift in a car?

I currently own a 2002 Acura RSX, which has a dual auto/manual transmission. How do you use the manual part of the transmission (this car is clutchless, so I would only have to worry about gear shifting).

don't you just move the gear shifter over the the right to the manual side and either click it up and down to shift then??

you slide the shifter down to the manual mode and usually pulling it is up shift and pushing is down shift. no clutching needed just let off of the gas when you shift, usually will down shift on its own if you are slowing down if you want
