best way to get the best price---go to tirerack.com and figure out what your lug nut configuration is.-then go to motors.ebay.com and search by that.narrow down the catigories till you get to wheels or wheel and tire packages.-choose your favorite.

wheel guys .com not only do they have wheel packages the also give you a set of drop springs with your rims

The reason you need to find cheap rims is because you keep spending your money on stuff you don't need. If you need cheap rims you probably can't afford them in the first place. Spend your money on an ivestment that will make you money not on a liabiliy that will lose you money
