Default Acura TL, Lexus GS300 or Infinity M35. What do you think?

I'm trying to decide which to buy the Acura TL, or spend about $10K more and pop for the Lexus GS300 or Infinity M35. I currently own an LS400, but don't want to spend that much money on a car I'll drive about 6,000 miles a year.

GS 300, really awesome minor appearance improvements on the exterior, nothing to dramatic! Plus the car has an awesome resale value and is very dependable.

Infiniti M35. The VQ 3.5L V6 has made Ward Auto's 10 best engines list for 11 years running.

Definally buy the Acura TL. I own a 2005 automatic and love the ride and attention that i get driving it. The 2006 TL's are almost identical to the 2005's except that the 2005 has a more powerfull engine (270 Hp vs. like 210 in the 2006). I have hit 90 in the 2005 multiple times
