What stage 2 clutch kit should I get for Integra Type-R 98 B18c?

What is a stage 2 clutch? And why would you want it? Match the clutch to the car...if the car is stock, get a stock clutch, no point in wasting money unless you know you are going to add a substantial amount of power (more than 25% additional).
