Default acura tl timing belt /noise from the back?

have an acura tl 2000 v6 and on the odemeter it has 154000mile on it and i was wondering it is time for the timing service yet? And i also hear a noise coming from the back when i acceleration speed at 20 or above the nosise get louder i wonder was wrong with it

timing belt should have been replaced at 80,000. If you bought the car new, it would have said so in your CAR MANUAL. How about this, YOU take the CAR to a REPAIR shop and see whats wrong with it yourself.
