Default stock 2000 Acura integra ls vs stock 2013 Volkswagen golf tdi?

I have a friend who is wanting to race me some time soon..his car is a 2013 Volkswagen golf tdi and mine is a 2000 Acura integra ls..there both stock and mine has 182000 miles on it do I have any chance of winning? Oh btw I mean in the 1/4 mile and also who would win in a race with corners?

2013 VW would win, but it depends are they both 5 spd ?
