The first number is height of the sidewall, so you are increasing it by 20mm, almost an inch. This is both top and bottom of the tire, so may well bring it in contact with the wheel well at some point. It will also affect your speedometer, making it under-read and leaving you open to speeding tickets. Check you clearances and be sure to also check with the wheels fully turned to both right and left. Do both sides because there is absolutely no guarantee that the left and right wheel well are exactly identical with the larger tire.

I'm afraid St N is wrong. The first number is the distance across the tire at the widest point. It is 205 MM thick and the 60 means it is sixty present as tall as it is wide. You would need to divide sixty into 205. Do the math and you will see there is very little difference in the height of the tire but it will effect the speed o to the tune of about three mils per hour.
