Default 2009 Toyota Camry SE or 2006 Acura TL?

Camry has 105k miles and 4cylinder engine. Tl is the 3.2L V6 with 120k miles. Can't decide which one I prefer. What would you choose and why?

Camry-newer, fewer miles & very good reliability.

depends on where the miles were run...I'd buy a freeway/highway driven car over the 'local only' car any day...I'd also buy the one where the maintenance was kept up by a dealer/reliable car care person.

I'd also take it to a mechanic to see which one has been kept up and runs the best.
