Two methods here....

Simplest and easiest method >> get a plug-n-play kit. There are a ton of choices to choose from but I'd recommend you get your kit from DDM Tuning. Their price and quality is well worth it. From there, you'll have to decide if you want the 55w or 35w kit among color choices. They also do a good job at explaining the differences of the two. From experience, the 55w 5000k kit shows bright white with a tiny tint of blue during warm up. Light output is obviously far superior than halogens. You do sacrifice a bit of quality using the stock projector cut off but you save in both time and money. A slightly better cutoff can be achieved by sanding down the three reflector lines on the headlight cover. For most people, this is enough.

And then, when you want the best >> retrofit existing HID beams + ballasts. Which HID beam you choose will affect the overall difficulty and quality you'll achieve. Most Integra owners will opt for an S2000 or TSX beam. You can find these at TheRetrofitSource along with more information on how to complete the conversion. Commonly, this involves removing the head light cover by softening the adhesive, modifying your low beam to fit the new HID and then putting the cover back on. The exact details you should be able to find online at forums. Pro here is that the quality is unmatched but it will cost you more to get the beams AND ballasts. People who goes this route is aiming for show quality - definitely a thumbs up for those picky people.

Lastly, maybe you already know this but just thought I'd emphasize that converting to HID is, as far as I know, illegal. You're at the mercy of your local PD but more importantly, state patrol. If you do this, make sure to aim your beams accordingly and do not attempt to do this to your high beam - you'll blind people. Good luck =D
