Default Is an Acura Rsx a hatchback or coupe?

I am 17 and I drive an 01 Mazda protege but I plan on getting a new car in a couple of years and I know insurance is higher for people under 24 or something like that, and I planned on getting an RSX for my new car but I don't want my parents to pay a lot for insurance or me for that matter

all RSX's are hatchbacks they didn't come in a 'coupe'..that was the TSX.

Depends. The RSX is a hatchback, but insurance companies often classify any car with 2 doors as a coupe.

theoritically speaking, if you can access the trunk from the back seats, it is a hatch back.. a feature that also plays a factor on car insurance is possibly looking at 4 doors. it is considered to be a family car..
