Default Is this overpriced for a complete turbo kit?

Is it a good kit? How much would it cost if I was to buy another kit and then get it tuned? What do I need to do to the stock engine before going turbo? Here's the link to the turbo kit I'm looking at

That price is good because it includes installation and tuning.
