No. Honda/Acura used hydraulics in their V6s up through 1998, then changed to solid lifters with screw and jamb nut adjustment starting in 1999. I'm not a genius, I just referred to the source. Please read it because it does a good job of covering why it is crucial you check the clearances every 105K miles.

No it does not!! If a Honda has valve noise it is typically either a valve adjustment issue(should be checked every 105k or when noisy,,)( spark plugs at 105k also)( T -belt needs to be done at 105k OR 7 years which ever comes first ),or a mechanical problem with engine..ALSO i have found rear spark plugs loose from the factory.(very common).as they continue to loosen up it will develop a noise that sounds exactly like a valve train noise or faulty lifter..
